Hello Bigger Pockets!
My name is Sean Broughton; I am from Hyattsville, MD (right outside of DC). I'm 29, currently doing tech support for an insurance company, living here in Philadelphia PA.
You guys are awesome! I’ve been lucky enough to be surrounded by like-minded people who love business and investing. I kept myself busy in different industries and have always been intrigued by real estate investing. I stumbled on this site and was immediately impressed with the quality of discussion of the bigger pockets community. I am excited to get into some of these conversations.

I'm planning on attending my first REIA meeting Thursday and am really excited at the prospect of being around fellow real estate investors.
I would love to find somebody I can help and they could help me as a mentor. Whether that's through providing my resources, networks, running errands, or unskilled labor if it's something I can do I am ready to do it. I believe the more people you help reach their goals the more people will help you reach your goals!
