Brand New To Real Estate
How’s it going guys? I just received my Realtors/Brokers license and I have never done anything within the real estate business. I’m currently signed on to a real estate company but I don’t feel like they’ve taught me anything, actually I’ve been signed on with them almost two months and I actually feel like I’ve forgotten a lot of things I’ve learned. They have programs in place to get you leads but I don’t know what to do even when I get a lead. They do have training classes but it’s usually just something random like “filling out _______ paperwork” which is fine but why am I learning about filling I paper work when I don’t even know the first step to do after getting a lead? Do I call them? What questions do I ask? Do I meet them? I don’t know ANYTHING.
