Hello @Jonathan Klemm

Thanks for your reply. As of now I can’t say how many transactions I will have unfortunately. Do you mind if I direct message you so we can discuss?

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone know a few places in Illinois, that I could hang my license. I will be very part time but I want my license to remain active.

Thank You

How’s it going guys? I just received my Realtors/Brokers license and I have never done anything within the real estate business. I’m currently signed on to a Real Estate Company but I don’t feel like they’ve taught me anything, actually I’ve been signed on with them almost two months and I actually feel like I’ve forgotten a lot of things I’ve learned. They have programs in place to get you leads but I don’t know what to do even when I get a lead. They do have training classes but it’s usually just something random like “filling out _______ paperwork” which is fine but why am I learning about filling I paper work when I don’t even know the first step to do after getting a lead? Do I call them? What questions do I ask? Do I meet them? I don’t know ANYTHING.

I know not to use my real number for cold texting so I was wondering what programs do you guys use to contact leads. I know on my iPhone I can attach 2 numbers but I know there’s other options out there...also is there a program I can send out a mass text to everyone(is it legal)

@Courtney James thank you for that. It seems to me that people are more willing to read a text and reply faster to an unknown number than answer one. Maybe it’s just the age we are in lol

I was wondering which option was better. It seems as if I get quicker responses good or bad with cold texting but I understand cold calling is kind of the original way to do things. Any opinions on which is better and/or personal experiences

Post: Is it now illegal to wholesale in Illinois?

I’ve seen a lot of contradictions online about this subject. I was wondering was it illegal or not. I understand a lot of people are making money doing wholesaling did they make it illegal because of that or because they’re taking money from the realtors? Is it legal but very strict...just curious
