Hi Everyone,

My name is Kevin Prouty. I have been doing accounting for the past 3 years, mainly for real estate developers and investors. I originally went to college for Culinary Nutrition, but soon learned the rat race wasn’t for me. I had a burning desire to find a new career path which would lead me to a future in which I could stop trading time for money. My uncle took me under his wing and I began doing real estate accounting and learning about business. Real estate investing quickly became my end goal as I saw the potential for passive income and financial freedom. I am in the process of acquiring my first property in the Hampstead, NH area. I will be doing a live-in flip to gain hands on experience and benefit from homeowner tax benefits. Aside from that, my main goal is to dive head first into wholesaling. This will help me develop the essential skillset of locating and acquiring great deals. After I build up some capital, I aim to get some fix and flips under my belt and work on acquiring some buy and hold rentals.
