Hello Everyone,

I have a 7 unit building in Rochester NH under contract. My partner and I are shopping for a commercial loan. We are looking at rate and term mostly. 30 year for 6.5, no points would be outstanding! I have 20+ years multi experience, my partner has a big downpayment.

I’ve searched for months with a lump of cash in hand before. Keep looking, don’t give up! 
You can only see so much online. I personally like to get out and look at properties in person and look for value add opportunities.
With a construction background this should be a good angle for you. Every one of my deals has been value add and I’ve made out well.  Good luck!

I know this will most likely be unpopular, but, as a guy who has lost everything trying to push too hard in the past, I would suggest earning and saving more until we are certain the market is not going to correct or has had the correction. Just my 2 cents. Good luck!
