[b]Hello, BP Community and fellow Investors!

My name is Zach Bechard, I live in Jupiter, part of Palm Beach County Florida. I have been stalking Bigger Pockets for a couple weeks now and finally joined. Many late nights of Podcast Listening and Blog reading!

I have an elementary background in Real Estate with hopes of getting a Doctorate. I had my RE Lic back in 1999-2002 and did RE Sales in Arizona out of college. Since then I have had Sales jobs in other industries and I had owned my own business for 9 years, and finally convinced my wife to support us and give me a chance to start investing!
I have always had a passion for RE Investing and have been reading RE Investing and Entrepreneur books for years.

My wife an I do currently have 2 condo/townhouses in addition to our home that we rent out and maintain.

My goals are to start out Wholesaling to get my feet wet and build up some capital, while networking to find buyers and private lenders to eventually start flipping and also buy and hold some for long term.

Thanks for reading my story!

Hello Zach Bechard, welcome to BP, there are many people that such as myself that are willing to help you along your RE Journey!

Wholesaling is always a great way to start as it is normally the first stage of any real estate transaction. You need to get a marketing plan and follow it. I tell new people starting out to try and get to wholesaling 2-3 properties a month, once you feel comfortable start to buy and flip 1 property a month and continue to wholesale 1-2 properties a month.

Wholesaling is a lot of work, marketing and negotiating. Good Luck with your endeavors!
