Brand New Student.......

Hello everyone! I am 19 years old and brand new to the real estate world. I am looking to start my journey with wholesaling and was wondering if anyone had some good starting places to get the basic information I need to get me on my feet. I am looking to gain knowledge in all fields of real estate but feel wholesaling would be a good thing to do while I gain knowledge in other aspects of real estate. (Willing to connect with anyone as I will be entering many different fields/approaches to real estate)

I recommend listening to quite a few BP podcasts before picking which angle you want to enter in to the market. Try to get the 30,000 foot view before focusing in on wholesaling. Also, if you're already intent on becoming a wholesaler, maybe do a cost/benefit analysis of either becoming a wholesaler or an agent before moving forward.
