Hello everyone I am Frantzces living in the DMV area licensed realtor who is starting out in the investing arena. Hoping to create enough capital to rehab and buy then purchase a multi-unit. I have always cruised through BP and always found the articles to be straight forward and informative. I appreciate everyone who takes the time out to respond to posts and help others find solutions.
