I am working on bidding up on tax deeds and have done extensive research and feel ready to start on my first bid!

I see so much experience and knowledge on this forum! I was hoping you pros would offer any advice to help me be successful!

I’m receptive to all feedback and open minded to all ideas. Really stepping out of my comfort zone in trying something new for my family.
