Jon Klaus Sure will do. Been working on it for last 10 years. Its time to move back to Texas and get back into RE. Do you recommend any BP members who owns 50+ multi family units in DFW or Houston area?

Charlie James. Indeed its a great project. My company is involved in Burj Khalifa, I have been working on it since 2003. Its pretty much finished, just working on last few fit-outs.

Hello everyone! I have been a long time reader of BP, this is by far the best site for resources, knowledge and networking. My name is Usman, I currently manage a technology consulting firm in Dubai and Australia. I am looking to invest in either DFW or the Houston area (Still not sure). Prior to moving overseas, I used to live in Cedar Hill, TX and I still own a home there.

Since i will be travelling most of the time, i am not sure if rehabbing properties would work unless I get a excellent RE agent, wholesaler and a rehab specialist. Another option is multi-family investing or hard money lending.

I will be in the US from Aug 12 thru 31st, taking family to Orlando Disney / Universal and than we will spend around 10 days in the DFW area.

I am looking to speak/meet BP members in the DFW / Houston area while i am there. Maybe we can assist each other somehow.
