Sabre Ormond's Introduction

Hello there everyone!

My name is Sabre Ormond, and I live in Acworth, Georgia in Cobb County. I have little background in real estate, but I was able to get my real estate license (REALTOR®) March 1st. I have not done a deal yet. I am continuing to reach out to others in my sphere of influence. To supplement this, I have been listening to podcasts for about a year and a half now. I don't know when the right time to jump in is. In order to put food on the table, I work at my father's business as a Home Automation Specialist, The Ormond Team. He always tells me, "We sell trust." That has been my motto in real estate. It doesn't pay great, and I've made $10,000 per year for the past two years. This hasn't stopped me because I have almost $10,000 saved to do my first deal. My goal: I want to own 15 rental properties producing $250+ each in profit every month. 1 the first year, 2 the second, 3 then 4 then 5. By year 5, I want to be financially free. We are halfway through the year, and I need to hunker down and do what I say I will. What I most want to do is go to meetups with other investors in Georgia. I would absolutely love to meet all of you in person. The coffee is on me! I joined Bigger Pockets a long while ago in hopes that I would learn through osmosis. No such luck, haha! Now, I am going to be an active participant in order to get where I want in life. Thank you all for taking the time to respond to my post, and I hope to see you soon!
