I ran across Bigger Pockets by chance when I was searching podcasts. I first tuned in to show 20 and I have tried to listen to the podcasts before and the ones since. I have been searching through forums and even reading the Ultimate Beginners Guide. I have spent money on the "gurus" and never received as much information as what I've received on this site. Thanks BP for such an informative place to go!
