Good day. My name is Deborah from So. Cal. My plan is to begin birddogging and learning from others (and my mistakes), then wholesaling, to investor. Yup...I'm nervous but, reading the forums here at BP has helped with my analysis paralysis. My background is Real Estate Paralegal on the East coast. Ready to take action ! Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. This site is a goldmine of information...thanks!
