I'm kasa working in software industry and bought my primary residence in 2011 reo property and remodeled it as we needed as it was too tough to get a home (ample space compared to my current apartment living space ), so have to go all the way to do addition. Now i'm more interested in remodel/addition and know the pains, pros and cons so ready for my next investment.

I have been reading the forums on and off and now ready to give a head start to get into rental property or rehab ( i know bayarea is pretty bad in returns for rehad considering high priced homes and demand )

So will take time to get the basics and wealthy of information from the memebrs...very anxious and eager for my new start as investor.

Thanks
Kasa
