Hi everyone,
My name is Bryan Drury. I'm from Owensboro,Kentucky.I currently work in the aluminum industry.Have a farming background as well as other real estate.Have 5 single family rentals.Also have completed and marketed 3 flips. Currently have 2 flip projects going on currently.Would like to learn more about flipping and possibly development of farmland to residential use. I have been following BiggerPockets for a good while now.Lots of good information from experienced people.This info has guided me in my real estate decision making process.As a result I think my success is due in large part to the community here at BP. Thank you. I felt the need to give back and maybe help someone else out in the process.
