Looking for someone that has put together a partnership agreement when you are not putting up the capital. How to structure it?

Thanks Bob, I am not one of those “that will never do anything” I am currently working on my first deal right now, I do have a mentor that I reference things too. I like to listen to Real Estate books while I’m at my day job for my better understanding of things. 

Nathan, didn’t even think to elaborate on my goals. I am in the process of buying my first property. Buy and hold is what I am doing. I am working towards financial independence.

Listened to all the bigger pockets books. What is another good real estate book to get into?

Hey investors, my name is John and I am a new investor in the NC, SC area. Just south of Charlotte,NC to be exact. I was recently introduced to bigger pockets by my neighbor actually and Iv been hooked ever since, I am in the process of purchasing my first rental and can’t wait to start making deals. Currently a full time aircraft mechanic and also own and operate a pressure washing business on the side. Marine Corps veteran, my wife is a Navy vet. 
Hoping to meet some other people in this area!
