Los Angeles Area Newbie

Hi BP Forum -

My name is James and I am new to the BP website. I wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I have been in multifamily management for 10 years - managing portfolio's as large as 3,000 units for institutional investors. I finally came to the realization that I was being fearful of starting my own investment firm so here I am taking my first steps and looking for a solid support system. Any others in the LA area that have stories to share to help in the process of getting this thing off the ground? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

James Villa: Fourplexes are a great way to go. It will be a challenge in SoCal, but you'll find great deals in other, more prudent markets.

Continued success!
