Looking for full-time experts in the Los Angeles area!

Hello,

I am new to BiggerPockets and am seeking an immediate career change. I am a recent graduate with a degree in business management and am extremely eager to learn. I have family in Long Beach, CA and, although I live out of state, I would be willing to change locations to start on a new venture. I am looking for a mentor and wanted to see if I could shadow someone in the business. Anyone out there doing house fix-and-flips and/or buy-and-hold rentals would be ideal for me. I would like to learn how to do it for a living, so if there is anyone out there that does this for a living full-time I would love to hear from you! I am a very motivated and determined individual and ready to learn!
