Networking and Portfolio Update
Good evening everyone,
Hello everyone,
My name is Ryan Maguire and I am 23 years old and work in the supply chain industry in the Toledo, Ohio area. I just recently got into real estate investing in the summer of 2020, but have already hit some great milestones in 6 months. Since then, I have purchased a single family rental and purchased a duplex to house hack and currently finalizing an LLC with my partner. We are focusing mainly in the Toledo, Ohio area and are pivoting to focus on multi family investing.
The strengths and value I definitely bring are my ability to learn quickly, network, build teams and systems and deal analysis. Where I am struggling is the financing aspect being younger and finding off market deals with my focus being on the BRRRR strategy and value add properties.
