Hey everyone here's a newbie! I currently live in NJ about 15 mins from NYC I own a multifamily me and my family live in. We are planning at some point with in 5-7 years to move down to the Treasure coast of FL and wanted to purchase a multi unit property down there but they are getting eating up fast!
