Car is coming to an end in June about 3 months anyway I can prove I wont be resigning lease so it does not affect my dti?

@Corey Hawkinson thanks! Im new on the forum but thats a great idea. Finding a reasonable lender on my own hasn’t been easy the’ve all been pretty strict.

@Jonathan R McLaughlin scared because of whats involved. From what I’ve researched you need to have a nice reserve and put much more upfront for commercial, no?

Hey guys Im trying to buy a multi family property but it has 5 units. I have no interest in getting a commercial loan, any way I can a residential loan. There a two homes on the lot, one is a duplex the other a triplex. Please let me know what I can do here guys!

Hey everyone here's a newbie! I currently live in NJ about 15 mins from NYC I own a multifamily me and my family live in. We are planning at some point with in 5-7 years to move down to the Treasure coast of FL and wanted to purchase a multi unit property down there but they are getting eating up fast!
