Hello,

Thank you for being here. Full of questions, motivation, and energy.

I am in the Greater Kansas City Metro area on the MO side, specifically North of the River, for you locals out there.

My interests are mostly in residential multifamily (2-4 units) and eventually getting into apartment complexes. The only limits are the ones we impose upon ourselves. I am sure someone important has said something along those lines. :)

I have recently joined the KCIG (Kansas City Investment Group), but while I wait for the next monthly meeting, I figured I should find a "home" for education, online.

Again, thank you to everyone for building such a wonderful community here. I look forward to being able to contribute in some way.

Thank you.

Michael Spindler
