Hello! I'm working on renting out the bottom level of a property and keeping the upstairs an airbnb. In renting out the bottom part, are the any specifics I should include in the lease agreement? (P.S. bottom renters are already aware and more than okay with the upstairs being an airbnb).

Hello! My name is Marvin Njike, 26 years old, Sergeant in the U.S. Army (Active duty) stationed in the Tennessee area. I am driven and hungry to become a real estate investor and I'm looking for mentorship (preferably in the Nashville/Clarksville area). Hello! I am a brand new soon to be wholesaler and fix and flipper in the Nashville TN area.
