@Brandon Youabian

Hi Brandon, you can find a partner and put your money together to fund a down payment for a bigger loan that lenders are more willing to service. I’m guessing hard money lenders may also help fund these type of loans, but I’m not sure how difficult it may be to refinance. Maybe someone else will be able to answer that question. Good luck!

Thank you @Greg Parker! It seems you're the go to guy for Montgomery REI. I am a first time investor and with my local market being too pricey, I want to look into a more affordable market to start my real estate investing journey.

Hi everyone! I’m looking into the Montgomery Alabama area for purchasing my first rentals. I’m not too familiar with the neighborhoods and wanted to know if anyone has any insight. I’ve looked at Boylston area, but was not sure of the area.

Thanks in advance!

@Jashiel Munoz

That’s an awesome deal! You’re living in an place for free and building equity at the same time! Strong work!

@Nick Johnson asking price is $499,900. 9 of the units have been renovated. No deferred maintainable in the next 5 years per seller.

@Brian Pownall I appreciate it man!

@Rick Martin thanks! I’ll look for local investors in Decatur to get a feel of the area since I’m not too familiar with the area.
