Hello everyone,
I am very excited about starting to invest in real estate, for years i have been saying i will start and this and that. Well now is the time i am ready to finally get into action and kick this dream into high gear. I have a credit score of 760 and have saved up about $9,000. I am looking for some advice on where to get a loan. I have read about the FHA loan and it sounds pretty good but would love some feedback. So any advice or help would be much appreciated!!! :0

@Shawn Yesner, Thank you for the recommendations! We like all the feedback we can get before going forward. Yes the increase from 4 to 10 pgs. was basically what I was referring to.
@Wayne Brooks, Thank you, the 2010 is actually what our attorney sent us. Didn't know that about the 2013!

Our attorney advised we use the FAR BAR for our wholesale deals. However, I know it has a lot of superfluous material on it. Can we still use it or is it best to go with another contract, such as one on file here? Thank you in advance for the input!

Hello all!
My wife and I recently started a real estate investing LLC in the West Palm Beach, FL Area. We own a rental property in GA that was our private home when I was stationed there for the Air Force but are holding no other properties right now. Our primary focus here in Florida is Wholesaling at the moment, eventually we want to transition into Lease Options, Foreclosures, and Rehabbing. I graduated from college last Dec. and am completing some aviation certifications now (I'm also a fixed-wing pilot). I currently serve in the AF Reserves and my wife works in education. Our goals are to build capital to transition into buy and hold properties (multi-families) and replace both our incomes in the next year. Shouldn't be hard as we don't make much! We were told about Bigger Pockets from a Wholesaling instructor with Rich Dad Education.
If anyone has any recommendations on marketing methods to find motivated sellers we'd love to hear them! Happy to be here!
