Introduction to the forum and bigger pockets

Hello all. My name is Mike and up until this point i have been a executive corporate chef. I recently had a daughter and it put my time and money and the correlation between the two in perspective. Who would want to work 70 or 80 hrs a week and every holiday and weekend.my main goal now is my quality of life and family. I have 2 properties in michigan already but i am in the process of building a large portfolio to gain finacial freedom. Ive decided that cashflowing rentals is going to be my bread and butter.
