Yes they passed away.

We inherited a rental property me and my wife want to  refinance for repairs and other properties. However her brother said we cant because the mortgage has to be paid off in full by the land owner. (There father) as he has passed away. Any truth to this?

Hello all. My name is Mike and up until this point i have been a executive corporate chef. I recently had a daughter and it put my time and money and the correlation between the two in perspective. Who would want to work 70 or 80 hrs a week and every holiday and weekend.my main goal now is my quality of life and family. I have 2 properties in michigan already but i am in the process of building a large portfolio to gain finacial freedom. Ive decided that cashflowing rentals is going to be my bread and butter.
