Long time lurker first time poster. 23 year old living in Long Beach, CA. Soaking up all the knowledge around here to start getting into real estate investing.

Currently I am working in the Fashion business in Southern California. I do digital marketing; including social media, PPC, e-commerce, web design and graphic design for multiple companies my favorite actually being my full time a Sock Company.

Me and my business partner are looking to start investing in the next 3 months. Most likely in the Provo, Utah area where we are seeing lots of potential, and he already is a part owner of a family construction company. So more reason to start there than here with the biggest reason probably being lower initial investment for us to get our first property.

Glad I'm finally stepping in and engaging with the brilliant minds here at BP.
