Hello all...

I currently live in Germany but will be returning to the Charleston SC area soon.

I am just finishing up with my South Carolina Real Estate Licensee Course and am relatively new to the community. I have bought and sold multiple single family homes that I have lived in myself, and also had a buy-and-hold previously. I'm breaking out of the 9-5 world and diving into this community to do a little bit of everything. My plan is to invest, sell, and flip.

I'm on episode 30 of the bigger pockets podcast and I'm hooked.
