House Flipping in Massachusetts

Nelson Zompetti
Posted

Hello All!

I am new to real estate investing. Have been reading and diving into a ton of material over the last 3-4 months. Looking to flip my first house in 2021.

Seeking any advice you are willing to give to help shorten the learning curve. I want to learn by doing, but would like to form some relationships first so I thought I'd start here!

Thank you in advance!

@Nelson Zompetti flipping right now is extremely difficult due to the market being so high. Unless you can find an off market deal where the numbers work that would be your best bet. I think you will have a difficult time though. Have you looked in southern NH. Still high priced market but a little more affordable and numbers may work better. Also tenant laws are more lax than MA.
