Hey there! I'm a newbie on BiggerPockets from Lexington, KY. I was looking for book recommendations on flipping houses. If anyone has any that they have read or just recommend, that would be very helpful!

You can't go wrong with J Scott's Book on Flipping Houses and the related Book on Estimating Rehab Costs.  Both are indispensable for understanding the rehab portion of flipping, and J also gives good guidance on finding deals.

I would also recommend Mindy Jensen's How To Sell Your House to understand the full process of optimizing the sale process, which can also help you in the renovation process as you better understand the prime path to selling the home.
