Rochester NY new to the game

Greetings BP peoples!  My name Is Keith and I had discovered BP about a year ago.  Soaking up knowledge and getting my personal finances in order and working on the core 4 for most of that time.  I can proudly say that I am a couple weeks away from searching out a deal and acquiring my first investment property!  My very ambitious goals for myself is to buy at least 2 properties a year for now, and eventually do sight unseen investing.  I find the concept fascinating.  Thank you all in advance on the forums and the content creators for this site with its plethora of knowledge and resources.  I'm attending a webinar soon which would be my third and right after will probably sign up for pro membership.  Shout out to anyone else in the Rochester area in the game as well.  I'm all for doing some networking and creating win win situations and deals.  Gratitude.
