I'm in the Spencerport/Gates area.  I would be interested in a meet up of any sort.  I have one sfh under contract and very new to the game.  Glad to be here.  I'm open to PMs.  

This is the thread I needed today.  I have been using my own home as a guinea pig for the last year or so to work with contractors and also the diy aspect of things.  I have been considering updating 2 of my bathrooms myself and have been going back and forth with my confidence on it.  This solidifies it for me.  Gonna get my hands real dirty lol.  Thank you!

Personally I would stay clear of 19th ward.  You can find great deals but the clientele is questionable.  Id say invest with caution.

FFREI actually has an owner event tonight that I will be attending as my first "get-together ".  Its always a good place to start.

Greetings BP peoples!  My name Is Keith and I had discovered BP about a year ago.  Soaking up knowledge and getting my personal finances in order and working on the core 4 for most of that time.  I can proudly say that I am a couple weeks away from searching out a deal and acquiring my first investment property!  My very ambitious goals for myself is to buy at least 2 properties a year for now, and eventually do sight unseen investing.  I find the concept fascinating.  Thank you all in advance on the forums and the content creators for this site with its plethora of knowledge and resources.  I'm attending a webinar soon which would be my third and right after will probably sign up for pro membership.  Shout out to anyone else in the Rochester area in the game as well.  I'm all for doing some networking and creating win win situations and deals.  Gratitude.

Greetings all, very very new to the game here.  Haven't made any deals yet but I'm absorbing a great deal of knowledge.   Started working on my own house in the spencerport area with roof, siding, and remodling bathrooms.  Learning alot on how to communicate with contractors and practicing my "investor" demeanor.   Glad to have found BP and like I said, just taking in all the knowledge.  Great community so far.  Merry meet.
