Hello BP,

Long time lurker, finally signed up to take some action. I'm excited to be a part of BP and am grateful for its wealth of information.

My home base is Southeastern Washington State, however, I've been working out of the country for the last couple of years.

I'm a cash investor, looking for <60% ARV properties to restore & roll into rental cash flow. Multi family units are of prime interest as well.

My background is industrial construction management, presently on assignment in Northern British Columbia. During my career, I've had the opportunity to start-up & run two successful internet based companies and am a former futures trader. Like many of you, "working while working" has always been a part of my life...not quite sure what I would do with a normal 9-5 and nothing else.

I look forward to applying my past & present experience into this new adventure.
