Good Afternoon Everyone,

My name is Joseph Shipka, and I’m based out of Scottsdale, Arizona. I have a background in construction, working for development and real estate PE firms. I’ve always had an interest in owning investment properties of my own, and Bigger Pockets has encouraged me to start networking and actively search for investment opportunities.

Two years ago I went back to work for my family’s construction business. Our company renovates approximately 5000 units/year for multifamily owners, developers, and property management professionals throughout the Western United States.

I’m hoping to share my expertise on renovations and value-add investments that I've worked on, while searching for my own investment opportunities.
