All I have is 5000 saved up. I’m 22 and launched my online training business since covid and it has been going really well. Unfortunately I can’t see myself in the long run doing what I’m doing now. I want to be able to secure my future so I stumbled upon biggerpockets and became obsessed about real estate in a short amount of time. I decided I was going to get my real estate license and now I’m in the process of getting it ( waiting for my application from the state to be approved to take state exam) I really don’t know where to start yet I’m eager to start immediately. Does anyone have any advice that can help me get started with my limited resources. Thanks A lot !
