@Dennis Wayne couldn’t I learn how to better negotiate and find deals? Couldn’t I build a network of people as I go through the process such as lenders, contractors, potential tenants, and plenty of Referrals from my clients. Wouldn’t it be beneficial to get my feet wet some way in real estate if I can’t start investing right away?

All I have is 5000 saved up. I’m 22 and launched my online training business since covid and it has been going really well. Unfortunately, I can’t see myself, in the long run, doing what I’m doing now. I want to be able to secure my future so I stumbled upon biggerpockets and became obsessed with real estate in a short amount of time. I decided I was going to get my real estate license and now I’m in the process of getting it ( waiting for my application from the state to be approved to take the state exam) I really don’t know where to start yet I’m eager to start immediately. Does anyone have any advice that can help me get started with my limited resources? Thanks, A lot!
