Hello everyone...My family & I previously move from Las Vegas a few weeks ago...to the Chicago, IL area... and WoW...i thought that Vegas have the foreclosures...oh my goodness...there are tons here. ...I've previously worked in helping other investors...which I am still wanting to do.... to make some extra money til I can do it myself... NOW is the time though more than ever... I'm ready to take that step....any help that I can get will be greatly appreciated....my problem has always been... how do I get started...I don't have any monies saved or good credit.....but i do know how to find great investments....

Welcome Jharmaine. It can be hard to get started without capital or credit, but it can be done. Especially if you can find great deals. There is lots written here at BP on how to do it. You can become an agent or do wholesaling. And there are other creative methods. BTW, we have 7 kids too. Lots of reasons to be successful!
