Hi Everyone. I am a newbie to the Real Estate Investing market in Phoenix, AZ. I just attended the FortuneBuilders Seminar from May 24-26, 2013 and got some good information from them, however, I could not afford their expensive coaching or mentoring courses. I'm interested in focusing on the Wholesaling market here in Phoenix. Any assistance as far as information or suggestions to get me started would be greatly appreciated.
