Calculating ARV in Boston Market
Hi everyone!
I am a new wholesaler and one thing I am struggling with is calculating my ARVs. I know every market is different, but I am currently based in Boston and would really like some assistance with doing my calculations. I have been currently running my numbers using 70%, but I have seen as low as 65% in a local REIA forum. That number seemed low to me, but I am not able to validate since I have no connections in yet in the area. The post was a bit dated, maybe 2 years old, so I would be really appreciative of any tips or resources on how to analyze deals in the Boston market currently.
Thanks!
