Hey everyone out there!
My names Peter Filakouris and I just ran across the site recently and I'm glad that I did. Real estate has always interested me but it hasn't been my primary focus until recently (like a week ago recently) My father has always had a few rental properties and a multi family building. I just figured real estate is something that I enjoy and can really see myself being involved with in the future. I am decently handy and pretty good with numbers, but I also have a huge family who all have their own businesses. From plumbers to painters to contractors which could come in hand down the line. For now I'm just reading a bunchhh of books recommended by everyone and posts on the forums. Trying to decide where to start really. Maybe get my real estate license first and then dive into my first flip perhaps? Thoughts?

I really look forward to being apart of such an amazing community that you all have going on here. Not only is it informational, but it's very inspirational as well. I can't wait to get started.
