Hey All, my name is Austin Marvel.

I've been shooting luxury RE & trying to soak in as MUCH information from all of my contacts as possible. I've learned a ton about flipping & land development. Without getting my SC license, started doing some land sales in TX, VA & SC. Making 3% commission is pretty awesome for the little amount fo work that a sales agent has to do to get the sale. Literally just helping solve people's problems.

This has motivated me to get into RE in the residential space. I have learned so much and seen the potential.

Being on the marketing side of things, young and a father of two I know I've got an upper leg on many. (In some ways.)

I have energy, motivation to learn and a vast network.

Help me solve my own problem, there's got to be something I'm missing. How do I build a $250k, buy a $300K BRRR & free up more time without throwing a sh!tload of money for down payments, mgmt fees & maintenance.

*This year, I bought a buildable acre outside of Asheville for like $2500. I'm thinking about building up there.

**We turned our first house into a 3-5 month rental which cashflows us about $1k/mo

***I'd love to get a second home (BRRR) up in Charlotte area & dabble in the STR market.
