Hello everyone. My name is Buz Mahoney. We are moving to Longview TX area. I'm new to this site and very exited to be here. My Wife and I are getting ready to take the plunge into the rental business for the first time (Officially). I'm looking forward to meeting new friends and learning from everyone here and hopefully sharing some of my knowledge.
