Hi I'm Jerome Cheeves II, currently a fourth year college student at Youngstown State University. I'm from Toledo, Ohio but I live in the Youngstown, Ohio area. I'm excited to learn and grow into an successful investor. :)

Welcome and good luck! Ohio is a great state for investing. Price of properties vs the rent are very nice for cash flow! My husband and I were thinking about trying to invest in a multifamily in the Columbus Ohio area. That is an area you should look into if it is not too far from you :) Best wishes!
