Hi BP,

I’ve been lurking for a while now, with the occasional post, but have made it a point to me and my future self to become more engaged with this community and actively connect with like-minded people! 

I previously worked for a commercial lender specializing in single-family and multi-family portfolio loans but recently made a switch and currently work in acquisitions for a large rental housing company. My 9-5 has me working throughout the Sun Belt and Indianapolis but I'm also focused on growing my own rental portfolio in the Kansas City metro (primarily SFR, but have the ability to pursue 2-4 unit properties and/or small apartments).
