Hello everyone!

My name is Kesha and I'm new to real estate. I currently work a traditional 9-5 for a chemical company (I have a computer science/software background.), and work part time for a realtor/real estate investor.

I've had aspirations to pursue a career in real estate and real estate investments, but never discovered a way to start. I figured I had to wait until I saved enough money or have perfect credit to begin.

I met a few people yesterday who are already investing in real estate, and they suggested I join this community. They mentioned that this community would be a great place to learn and get advice from other experienced investors.

So, here I am. I'm reading the Ultimate guide for beginners, and hopefully will develop a strategy of how to begin investing.
