Brand New Investor

Hello everyone,

I've been listening to every podcast and pouring over the forums voraciously!

My husband and I are from Alaska and in the process of closing on our VERY first investment rental sometime in July so everything is new to us. The property is out of state but in an area we love to visit frequently and relocate to eventually. We want to have several rental properties in the next few years so we will be working towards that goal.

I'm certain I will be asking a lot of questions regarding property management and long distance techniques and advice. This site has proved invaluable so far!
