I recently moved from Central New York to Cape Coral, FL. In NY, I worked with a lot of first-time home buyers, investors looking for ways to create passive income in the real estate market, and investors looking to grow their portfolio. I have a team in Central New York that is continuing to serve our client's needs and I will be looking to start a team in Southwest Florida as well. I have been studying the market down here and there's a lot of potential, especially for small businesses and anyone looking to own commercial space.
