@Allen Wu That doesn't seem to be a bad property, the location can be rough at times due to the traffic flow. In my experience, getting into rental properties for the past 10 months has been an issue due to Covid. Tenants are not easy to coordinate with, that could be the reason the home is still on the market.

@Lee Judd we had 100 units at one point. We ended up selling the company and they continued to use the platform, they have over 200 units right now.

I used Buildium for 3 years prior to selling off my property management company, they still use it to this day, it's great software!
