Stock Market or Real Estate?

Brandon Hess
Posted

Hello all, my name is Brandon, I’m 22 years old and am considering getting into real estate. Currently I have about $30k in the stock market and $22k cash. The idea of owning rental properties fascinates me as well as the many ways to create income. Only issue I have is my lack of knowledge in real estate and how to get started in it. Do I cash out my stock market investments and purchase my first rental? What do you suggest I do? Thanks in advance!

@Leslie Pappas

Leslie,

I appreciate you taking the time to give me some great advice. As I am new to this I will be doing a lot of reading and research in the time to come. I will keep your recommendations in mind when I’m ready for my first purchase.

Thank you
